Chili Quesadillas

Ingredients
- Avocado Oil Spray, for cooking
- 4 Large Whole Grain Tortillas
- 2 Cups Chili
- 1 Cups Shredded Cheese
- 2 Tbsp 2% Greek yogurt
- Optional Guacamole and /or Salsa
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado oil spray.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, spread half of it with 0.5 cup chili, and top with 0.25 cup cheese.
- Fold the tortilla and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat until you have 2 per person.
- Serve with Greek yogurt, guacamole and salsa on the side.
