Mango overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 0.33 Cup, Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp, Chia seeds
  • 0.33 Cup, Milk, Almond
  • 0.5 Cup, Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 0.33 Cup, Mango Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts

Instructions

  1. Add oats and chia seeds to the container, and mix well. Pour in almond milk, and stir well. Add Greek yogurt and mix well.
  2. Top with mango and hemp hearts. Leave in the fridge overnight.
PLANT-BASED OPTION:

Use plain vegan yoghurt instead of Greek
