Mango overnight oats

Ingredients
- 0.33 Cup, Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp, Chia seeds
- 0.33 Cup, Milk, Almond
- 0.5 Cup, Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
- 0.33 Cup, Mango Chunks
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
Instructions
- Add oats and chia seeds to the container, and mix well. Pour in almond milk, and stir well. Add Greek yogurt and mix well.
- Top with mango and hemp hearts. Leave in the fridge overnight.
PLANT-BASED OPTION:
Use plain vegan yoghurt instead of Greek
